21 Year 10 students spent the day with Cleveland Police and other local emergency service providers as part of a Wise Drive event. The day involved different workshops highlighting the dangers of anti-social driving, basic resuscitation, the importance of seatbelts and hazard percetion and reaction times when driving. Students took part in an interactive driving simulator which measured their reaction times, as well as an impact simulator. Student feedback was good and students said they have changed their attitudes towards driving.
